Our approach to designing and building homes is simple. We take the time to listen to what our clients are looking for in their home, which allows us to apply our industry experience and expertise to create a space that is specifically catered to their exact needs. We work closely with designers, architects and a dependable team of subtrades who share the same passion as us when it comes to home design and construction. Being homeowners and raising families of our own, we understand every client has different desires out of their home. With that in mind, great importance is placed on building a space which is practical and functional, while maintaining aesthetic, attention to detail and fine craftsmanship.

The first step in our process is listening. We listen to your aspirations for the project and what your goals with the build are. This allows us to assess the current conditions, risks, and feasibility of the project. This is followed by a proposal from us, which details the financial requirements and time commitment needed from your end.

Design

Design

After taking the time to Listen to your project aspirations. we help you identify your aesthetic preferences and desired Levels of finish. With the use of drawings and 3D renderings. we design your new space while showing you potential scenarios of physical Layouts. So you can see what is possible for your home. We work collaboratively with designers and architects to create the space you wank AIL of this allows us to narrow clown the scope of work and the budget.

Planning

We meticulously plan every step of construction beforehand, minimizing any potential for delays. While sorting out all design details, we also secure all permitting and approvals to ensure the process is seamless once started. A detailed project scope along with a schedule is provided, so you know exactly what to expect. Everyone’s favorite part about this- No surprises.

Construction

Construction

The fun part. We bring everything to life, keeping you updated every step of the way. Our weekly reports let you know work that has been completed and what comes next, so you are never in the dark. During this time, we make it a priority to be extremely accessible to answer any questions you may have, and you are always welcome to join us on site.

Completion

Completion

With our commitment to fine craftsmanship and a keen eye for details, we ensure everything is done correctly the first time. All our renovations come with a full 2-year warranty, and our new builds come with a 2/5/10 warranty. At Esbin, the project is not complete until we all agree that the work is finished.
